Site Superintendent
Our Site Superintendent Committee creates space for site teams to collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from one another. It’s a hub for innovation and best practices, helping ensure our teams have the tools and resources to deliver successful projects.
Joint Health & Safety
The Joint Health and Safety Committee is committed to keeping our workplace safe and secure. Through policy recommendations, education, and regular reviews, they help ensure our teams are protected and our practices meet the highest safety standards.
Sustainability
The Sustainability Committee promotes eco-friendly awareness and action across our sites. Through education, challenges, and hands-on initiatives, they champion sustainable practices that support the environment and our future.
Procore
Our Procore Committee is made up of in-house platform experts. They provide valuable support, training, and resources to our teams—advising on workflows and guiding best practices to keep us working smarter and more efficiently.
Women in Construction
The Women in Construction Committee helps break down barriers and promote gender equality in the industry. By creating a supportive environment and advocating for opportunities, they empower women to thrive and lead in construction.
Events & Social Planning
The Events and Social Planning Committee brings people together. Whether it’s a big celebration or a casual team-building moment, they create experiences that build connection, foster community, and leave lasting memories.
