Team Ontario had a great time at ICSC@CANADA last week! We enjoyed welcoming everyone to our booth, connecting with industry peers, and discussing opportunities in retail and commercial construction. Thank you to everyone who stopped by! We're glad the CGI sunglasses were such a hit! 😎 We look forward to keeping the conversations going! #CGIConstructors #ICSC

This Thanksgiving, we extend our gratitude to our teams, clients, and partners for the collaboration and trust that make our projects possible. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful holiday weekend. #CGIConstructors #Thanksgiving #Gratitude

CGI is pleased to share the completion of the Staff Wellness Centre and office renovation at St. Boniface Hospital. On this project, we transformed existing ground-floor space into a refreshed, purpose-built environment for hospital staff. The work included selective demolition, new walls and ceilings, millwork, doors and hardware, flooring, wall finishes, specialty items, and coordinated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection upgrades. We’re proud to have worked alongside our client, the St. Boniface Hospital, and consultant, @Stantec, to bring this project to completion and create a welcoming space dedicated to supporting hospital staff. Thank you to everyone involved for their collaboration and contribution to a successful project! #CGIConstructors #CGIProject #HealthcareConstruction

Power tools are essential on the jobsite, but they can also create serious hazards when they’re damaged, misused, or improperly maintained. Before you pick up an electric tool, remember: INSPECT BEFORE USE Check cords, plugs, switches, guards, and other components. Never use a damaged or defective tool. USE THE RIGHT POWER SOURCE Make sure tools are properly grounded and use GFCI protection where required. WEAR THE RIGHT PPE Use the appropriate safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other PPE for the task. KEEP CORDS TIDY Keep cords out of walkways, work areas, and other locations where they could become a trip or damage hazard. KNOW THE TOOL Only operate tools you are trained and authorized to use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and the applicable safe work procedures. Check it. Use it. Stay safe. Safe tools. Safe work. Every day. #CGIConstructors #HomeSafeEveryOneEveryDay
